In March 2017, we will be hosting seminars with members of Clyde & Co's Global Financial Institutions and Directors' and Officers' team from Australia & Asia Pacific, the UK, US and the Middle East for our annual FIDO Roadshow.
Our insurance seminar will focus on the key liability and coverage issues in D&O and FI insurance.
Our first panel session will examine the liability landscape for D&O and FI claims, including discussion on emerging exposures, and the regulatory and litigation environments. Our second panel session will take a comparative look at topical coverage issues across these markets.
