Singapore – Shook Lin & Bok Announces New Corporate Real Estate Partner

Shook Lin & Bok LLP have announced that Lim Mei Ann has joined the Firm as a Partner in Corporate Real Estate, with effect from 3 April 2017.

 

Mei Ann specialises in corporate real estate having gained extensive experience from being both in practice and an in-house counsel. She advises on all aspects on retail, commercial and industrial transactions, including property finance, securitisaiton, sales and purchases, leases, as well as real estate investment trusts, both local and cross-border.

 

Prior to joining Shook Lin & Bok, Mei Ann was from another leading Singapore law firm. Her clients include major financial institutions, multinational corporations, property developers, landlords and tenants. During her stint as an in-counsel with a major local bank, she was involved in advising on the bank’s own property-related transactions, as well as drafting and reviewing terms and conditions for accounts and services for overseas branches, and advising on deal structures for structured products, structured trade and commodities financing, corporate banking and transaction banking.
