Nguyen, a corporate lawyer with nearly 20 years of practicing experience in Vietnam, shared his insights on how the price and method of payment for technology transfers were among the key issues surrounding technology transfer pricing arrangements. Additionally, Nguyen commented on the legal requirements behind trademark licensing agreements in the country.
