Skadden advised China-based Secoo Holding Limited, the leading online integrated upscale products and services platform measured by gross merchandise value in China, in its US$110.5 million initial public offering of American Depositary Shares and listing on Nasdaq. Trade in the shares commenced on 22 September 2017.
