Nodwin Gaming – Nazara Technologies
Nazara Technologies Ltd. has acquired a majority stake of 55% in Nodwin Gaming Pvt. Ltd., the pioneer of e-sports in India, furthering its commitment of developing the esports ecosystem to enable competitive online and offline gaming and boost esports as a spectator sport in India. The investment consideration was structured by way of a cash and stock deal.
Role – Jerome Merchant + Partners advised Nodwin Gaming, its founder promoter Akshat Rathee and other founder shareholders including Jet Synthesis Pvt. Limited.
