Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom announced today that Hong Kong capital markets lawyer Paloma Wang has joined the firm’s Hong Kong office as Of Counsel in its corporate practice.
Ms. Wang has advised both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as investors and corporates on private equity investments, and Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed companies on compliance, general corporate and regulatory matters. In recent years, Ms. Wang has advised on numerous initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, including WuXi Biologics' US$510 million IPO; Dali Foods Group's US$1.15 billion IPO; and the US$3.2 billion IPO of CGN Power, China's largest nuclear power producer.

Ms. Wang previously practiced in the Hong Kong office of another highly regarded global law firm where she was a partner in its capital markets practice. Ms. Wang received her B.A. from China University of Political Science and Law, a B.A. (Jurisprudence) from Oxford University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from City University of Hong Kong. She is admitted in Hong Kong, England and Wales and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
