On September 18, 2018, the MOL issued the “Ministry of Labor Principles of Subsidizing Labor Union’s Travel Expenses for Attending Unfair Labor Practice Hearings”, providing that the members of labor union are entitled to apply for travel subsidy for attending unfair labor practice hearings within 30 days after the MOL issues the ruling.
The subsidy reimburses the actual travel expenses only, and is limited to the expenses of two people for each hearing.
