The Ministry of Economic Affairs designated the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation to establish the Company Transparency Platform (website: https://ctp.tdcc.com.tw ) for the responsible persons and principal shareholders of companies to disclose the information required by Article 22-1 of the Company Act.
