Annually, CMO Asia presents the World’s Women Leaders Awards to celebrate outstanding women leaders across several geographic regions who have shown exceptional contributions throughout their professional careers. The World’s Women Leadership Congress then selects its winners according to their ability to influence and empower, building sustainable leadership pipeline in organizations, gender-specific specialisation in the workplace, social change, and storytelling.
As a Partner at SokSiphana&associates, Khieu Mealy is an experienced lawyer, specialising in domestic and offshore financing matters, and on the legal and regulatory requirements of the securities exchanges. She sits as a panel lawyer for 7 foreign banks and provides practical legal solutions for business clients and investors.
She is also involved in several pro bono works, the most significant ones being Former Chairwomen of Song Saa Foundation, an NGO which does important conservation work to protect the habitats and communities of the Koh Rong Archipelago, Current Board Member of Nokor Tep Women Cancer Hospital, a hospital which provides medical care to disadvantaged women, Country Head of the Cambodian Group of ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (IPA), a regional association which works to transform ASEAN into an innovative and competitive region for the protection of IP rights.
She was recently nominated as advisor to the Second Vice President of the National Assembly with a rank of Secretary of State.
