SSEK Legal Consultants has advised PT Risland Sutera Property, part of Country Garden Group, on the acquisition of a plot of land in Alam Sutera, owned by PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. The land is located on the outskirts of Jakarta and will be used for a large residential development known as Sky House Alam Sutera.
SSEK assisted on the land acquisition documents and advised the client on the land acquisition process for the development.
Country Garden Group is one of the largest real estate companies in China.
Denny Rahmansyah, SSEK’s managing partner and a supervising partner of the firm’s land and property practice, led the SSEK team assisting on the transaction, with Aldilla S. Suwana, an associate at the firm.
