Indonesia – OSS – Public Works and Public Housing Sectors – Additional Business Licenses To Be Processed At The OSS System.

A new BKPM announcement was just issued confirming that as of 18 February, the following business licenses, under public works and public housing sectors,are processed through the OSS system:

 

1. Property Development and Exploitation Business License (Izin Usaha Pembangunan dan Pengusahaan Properti)
2. Housing Business License (Izin Usaha Bidang Perumahan)

 

Previously under BKPM Regulation 6, they were processed under BKPM's One Stop Integrated Services (PTSP-BKPM).
