King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Helena Huang as Co-Chief Executive of the Hong Kong office.
In this role, Helena will work alongside with Hayden Flinn as Co-Chief Executive to manage the Hong Kong office with a focus on deepening the quality and breadth of its service offering and improve its presence in key growth markets. She also takes on a leadership role and work with the management across the Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen offices in strengthening the growth of the KWM International Center, a significant deployment that leverages the firm’s presence in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and its international reach to better serve clients’ needs as they explore opportunities in the GBA and beyond.

Helena has joined KWM since 2011 and has 20 years of experience in cross-border M&A, corporate restructurings, onshore, offshore private equity fund formation, and downstream investment transactions for private equity funds. Prior to joining KWM, she was a partner in the New York and Hong Kong offices at a leading U.S. law firm. She is fluent in Chinese and English. Helena has a law degree from China and is qualified to practice both Hong Kong law and the U.S. law.
Helena already took up the position in Hong Kong recently.

黄春光律师将与范凯敦律师共同负责金杜香港办公室的管理工作，深化法律服务的质量以及广度，提升在重要成长市场的团队实力。黄律师还将与其他管理层合伙人共同负责金杜国际中心包括香港、广州、及深圳办公室的管理工作，借助在大湾区的整体实力，全面推动金杜国际中心的建设和业务增长，持续扩大金杜国际影响力的同时，更好地满足客户的需求，助力客户探索在大湾区及其他区域的商业机会。

黄律师于2011年加入金杜，在跨境并购、公司重组、境内外私募股权投资基金设立及其投资领域拥有超过20年的经验。在加入金杜以前，曾担任美国某领先律师事务所纽约和香港办公室的合伙人。黄春光律师的工作语言为普通话和英语。黄律师拥有中国法学学位，并同时具有香港和美国纽约州的律师资格。
黄律师已于近日在金杜香港办公室履职。
