Baker McKenzie Australia’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) represents our first step as an organisation to embark formally on the journey of reconciliation. Everyone at Baker McKenzie is deeply committed to supporting the culture and economic contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
A RAP is a strategic document that is aligned with and supports our Firm’s business plan. It includes practical actions that will drive our Firm’s contribution to reconciliation, both internally and in the communities in which we operate.
