Malaysia – Shearn Delamore & Co. Has Won The Prestigious Editor’s Choice: Impact Deal Of The Year.

We are pleased to announce that Shearn Delamore & Co. has won the prestigious Editor’s Choice: Impact Deal of the Year award at the Asialaw Regional Awards 2019 for its work in connection with Saudi Arabian Oil Company’s multi-billion dollar investment in the Refinery and Petrochemicals Integrated Development project of Petroliam Nasional Berhad. Our partners, Shariza Noordin and Nicholas Tan (Corporate/M&A), Irene Yong (Tax & Revenue) and other partners and associates advised on this deal.

 

Our partner, Indran Shanmuganathan also won the Outstanding Practitioner: Malaysia award.

 

The awards ceremony, held at the Island Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong, was attended by our partners Indran Shanmuganathan and Irene Yong.
