Quisumbing Torres, as an accredited Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) provider in partnership with the Far Eastern University (FEU) Institute of Law, conducted an MCLE Lecture Series for the Sixth Compliance Period.
The five-day program provided the full credit compliance requirement and was generally attended by the firm’s legal professionals and key clients’ in-house counsels. Members and officers of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Philippine Institute of Arbitrators and select government agencies were also represented.
The topics covered included Substantive and Procedural laws, and Jurisprudence, Trial and Pretrial Skills, MCLE Prescribed Subject-Law Reforms in Specific Areas, MCLE Prescribed Subject-Technology and the Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Legal Ethics, Legal Writing and, International Law and International Conventions.
This lecture series is QT’s second run as an MCLE provider. The firm was first accredited in 2016 and provided lectures for the fifth compliance period.
