Linklaters advised J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Limited, China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Limited and CCB International Capital Limited, as joint sponsors, on China Feihe Limited’s global offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).
This listing is the sixth largest offering on the HKEX this year and marks China Feihe’s return to the public after its New York listing was taken private in 2013.
