About Tencent's bid for Funcom deal that has just been announced,  Baker McKenzie is acting as legal advisor to Tencent.

 

The Baker McKenzie team is being led by Partner Tracy Wut in Hong Kong and Legal Director Rebecca Kuijpers-Zimmerman in Amsterdam. They are supported by a cross-office team of M&A lawyers including Denise Ozmis and Niels Matze in Amsterdam and Angie Yeung in Hong Kong.
