Skadden advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc, Haitong International Securities Company Limited, AMTD Global Markets Limited, Needham & Company, LLC, Tiger Brokers (NZ) Limited and Prime Number Capital LLC as underwriters in its US$45 million initial public offering of ADS by Lizhi Inc. on Nasdaq. Lizhi Inc. is an interactive audio-streaming platform for user-generated content in China. Trading commenced on 17 January 2020.
The team was led by Hong Kong partner Julie Gao, with counsel Yuting Wu (Shanghai) and Pallas Comnenos (New York), associates Sophie Zhao and Cindy Li (both Hong Kong), and international legal consultant Xiaoqiu Huang (Shanghai).
