JunHe has promoted 15 of their lawyers – Chen Xiang, Chen Zhiyao, Lei Tianxiao, Liu Jiadi, Lu Liang, Ma Rui, Niu Yuandong, Wu Longying, Wu Yu, Xia Zhengshuang, Xing Jingjing, Yang Jianwei, Ye Li, Yin Wen and Yuan Yifeng – to become partners; and has promoted lawyer Ge Aoxue to counsel.
The new partners are from JunHe’s Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou offices. They are particularly skilled in capital markets, M&As, banking and finance, PE/capital ventures, dispute resolution, and labor laws. Other areas of expertise include competition, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, infrastructure and project finance, real estate and construction. They have all accumulated solid business ability and a wealth of professional experience after many years of hard work in their own practice areas, providing clients with quality legal services.

Beijing
GE, Aoxue
Ms. Ge obtained her Bachelor of Economic Laws from China University of Political Science and Law, and further obtained her Master of Economic Laws at Tsinghua University. After joining JunHe in May 2008, Ms. Ge has gained over 12 years of experience representing multinational corporations, funds and state-owned enterprises in mergers and acquisitions, energy and power infrastructure projects, and regulatory and corporate matters.
LEI, Tianxiao
Ms. Lei obtained her Bachelor of Laws at Beijing Foreign Studies University and her Master of Laws at Peking University. Ms. Lei joined JunHe in 2012 and specializes in capital markets, particularly in offshore bonds, panda bonds, M&As and PE investment areas.
LU, Liang
Mr. Liang Lu received his Bachelor and Master of Laws (Intellectual Property Law) and his Bachelor of Laws at China University of Political Science and Law, and joined JunHe’s Beijing office in 2012. Mr. Lu is experienced in trademarks, copyright, unfair competition litigation and non-litigation business. He also provides legal services to domestic and foreign clients regarding their commercial litigation and arbitration.
MA, Rui
Mr. Ma received his Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law, and his Master of Laws at The George Washington University Law School and the Transnational Law and Business University, Graduate School of Law in Seoul, respectively. He joined JunHe in 2011, and his practice focuses on public offerings and private placements in the domestic and overseas stock markets, restructuring and other relevant transactions of the capital markets. He also provides legal services for M&As and private equity financing transactions, and various legal issues in relation to his clients’ daily operations, corporate governance and commercial transactions.
YE, Li
Ms. Ye obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees at China University of Political Science and Law and joined JunHe in 2012. Ms. Ye has experience in litigation and arbitration in equity transfers, collusion/repurchases, civil and commercial contracts, securities, financial investment disputes and other fields, and also specializes in administrative punishment and administrative litigation in market supervision.
YIN, Wen
Ms. Yin Wen gained her Bachelor of Laws and her Master of Laws at China University of Political Science and Law, and she joined JunHe’s Beijing office in July 2011. She is experienced in private equity investments, industrial mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment in areas such as healthcare, education, energy, security escorts, tourism, real estate and catering.
Shanghai
CHEN, Xiang
Chen Xiang received his Master of Laws in Economic Law at East China University of Political Science and Law in 2009 and joined JunHe in 2015. Prior to joining JunHe, he served for many years as a judge at the Pudong District Court of Shanghai. His major practice areas are dispute resolution, banking and finance and private equity/venture capital in areas such as finance, medicine, media, IT, automotive and real estate.
CHEN, Zhiyao
Mr. Chen Zhiyao has a Bachelor of Laws from University of International Relations as well as a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School in the United States, and he has been admitted to practice law in the P.R.C. and the State of New York. Mr. Chen previously worked as a prosecutor in the Second Branch of the Shanghai People's Procuratorate. His major practice areas at JunHe are civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, compliance and other dispute resolution matters.
LIU, Jiadi
Ms. Liu obtained her Bachelor of Laws at East China University of Political Science and Law, and further obtained her Master of Laws at Fudan University. In 2011, she joined JunHe’s Shanghai office. Ms. Liu has expertise in the film, media and entertainment industries, and has abundant experience in dispute resolution with regard to reputation, image, IP rights authorization (including anti-unjust competition), film and TV investment, artist brokerage and advertising.
NIU, Yuandong
Mr. Niu obtained his Bachelor of Laws and his Master of Laws at East China University of Political Science and Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Mr. Niu joined JunHe in 2012 and focuses on Capital Markets, Corporate and M&As, Private Equity/Venture Capital practice and has vast experience in corporate restructurings and onshore and offshore IPOs.
WU, Longying
Ms. Wu obtained her Master of Engineering in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation at Tongji University. She joined JunHe in 2011 and has extensive experience in patent prosecution, patent reexamination, patent invalidation, patent litigation, legal opinions on patent infringement, technology transfer and IP due diligence.
WU, Yu
Ms. Yu Wu graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Queen Mary University of London, respectively, with a Bachelor of Science and two Master of Science degrees. She first joined JunHe in 2010 and rejoined after furthering her studies overseas . Her practice focuses on patent prosecution, patent due diligence and patent transactions involving technologies such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical science and medical devices.
XIA, Zhengshuang
Mr. Kirk Xia obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws at East China University of Political Science and Law. He joined JunHe in July 2012 and is based in our Shanghai office. Mr. Xia’s practice area is banking and finance including syndicate finance, acquisition finance, project finance and banking institution business.
YANG, Jianwei
Jianwei Yang earned his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws at East China University of Political Science and Law and a further Master of Laws from Warwick University. Mr. Yang has been admitted to practice law in the PRC and joined JunHe’s Shanghai office in 2015. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, private equity investment and mergers and acquisitions and handles cases in sectors such as real estate, education, financial services, TMT and health care.
YUAN, Yifeng (Vincent)
Mr. Yuan gained his master of laws at Xiamen University in 2012. Since he joined JunHe in 2012, he has represented banks, financial institutions and investors and specializes in leverage buyout finance, take-private finance and real estate finance transactions. He assists investors in their equity investments and mezzanine investments both in the PRC and abroad.
Guangzhou
XING, Jingjing
Ms. Xing graduated from Xiamen University in 2006 and has worked as legal counsel in the industries of real estate and financial guarantees. She joined JunHe in July 2011 and has experience in assisting clients with labor law, dispute resolution and merger and acquisition issues. Ms. Xing does her best to protect the legitimate rights and interests of her clients with diligence, professional knowledge and solid legal experience.
