SSEK Legal Consultants partner Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) and SSEK associate Greita Anggraeni will lead a webinar on performing an effective legal due diligence. The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25.
Vitri and Greita will discuss the purpose and objectives of a legal due diligence and provide a better understanding of how a legal due diligence is performed. They will discuss the various aspects of the due diligence process, including checking the legality and level of compliance of a legal entity/business entity, and providing a legal view on policies undertaken by the company.
