We are pleased to announce that Samrat Roy has been elevated to partnership at Acuity Law.
Samrat joined Acuity Law in September 2019, to strengthen the PE & VC practice areas. Samrat specializes in M&A, PE / VC, and general corporate advisory. He has over 8 years of experience in practicing law and advising clients in both domestic as well as cross-border transactions across various sectors such as agriculture, financial services, e-commerce, technology & media, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, and industrials.
Before joining Acuity Law, Samrat has worked with some of the leading law firms based out of Mumbai, India. Samrat is a 2012 graduate of The (WB) National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.
Recently, Samrat has a led the Acuity Law team in advising NABVENTURES, in its investments in Krishitantra and Unnati.
