Skadden News: Skadden advises the underwriters in Nippon Life Insurance Company's US$ 1.6 billion notes offering
Skadden advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Bank of America Securities, Inc. as the joint lead managers in a US$1.6 billion Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of 2.750% step-up callable subordinated notes due 2051 by Nippon Life Insurance Company (Japan). The notes were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The offering closed on 21 January 2021.
