Mustafa Hadi, a managing director in BRG’s Disputes and International Arbitration practice and co-leader of BRG’s Asia-Pacific region, has been appointed to the Finance & Administration Committee of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Hadi, the only expert currently elected to the committee, is joined by senior leaders from across the Hong Kong arbitration community, including barristers, arbitrators and counsel from local and international firms. He will leverage his accounting expertise and arbitration-related experience on the committee, which oversees matters regarding finance, accounts, tax and corporate governance for HKIAC.
Commenting on his appointment, Hadi said: “I am delighted to have been elected to the committee and am honoured to become part of one of the world’s leading dispute resolution organisations. I look forward to contributing my expertise and experience in accounting and arbitration-related matters”.
