India – Deal Announcement: TechMahindra Acquires Digitalonus Inc.

We are pleased to announce that Acuity Law acted as the India legal counsel of DigitalOnUs Inc. in the transaction in which Tech Mahindra will acquire DigitalOnUs.
 

DigitalOnUs is focused on cloud native development and hybrid cloud automation services. The acquisition of DigitalOnUs will enhance Tech Mahindra’s capability in cloud native engineering, and position it to develop cutting-edge digital solutions for its customers.
