J.S. Held, a global, multi-disciplinary consulting firm, has announced that Frank Holder joins the firm as Chief Operating Officer, in addition to sharing that J.S. Held has acquired Berkeley Research Group’s (BRG) non-US Global Investigations Practice, which was formerly led by Frank at BRG. This acquisition brings over 30 investigative experts and support staff to J.S. Held from Miami, London, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Singapore, Tokyo, Mexico City, and Panama.
Frank Holder is an expert in risk management, national security, corporate investigations, operational risk, and crisis management with a proven track record of exemplary leadership in key roles for global consulting firms. As Chief Operating Officer of J.S. Held, Frank will oversee day-to-day operational processes, ensuring an unparalleled client and employee experience, and employing strategies that guide the organization towards long-term success. His experience includes founding two professional services firms which were acquired by publicly traded companies in 1998 and 2007, respectively. Prior to that, he was a Special Agent in the Air Force OSI. Immediately prior to joining J.S. Held, Frank was the Managing Director and Chair of Global Investigations at Berkeley Research Group.
