SSEK Legal Consultants partner Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) and Joseph Hendrik, an associate at the firm, recently led an in-house training session for the legal bureau of Indonesia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Vitri and Joseph discussed litigation strategy in Indonesia’s administrative and civil courts.
They touched on and presented case studies on topics including fundamental differences in the types of disputes in district and state administrative courts, foreign investment disputes and types of state administrative disputes.
Vitri heads SSEK’s litigation practice. She was named Indonesia Lawyer of the Year at the 2020 Benchmark Asia-Pacific Awards, which recognized excellence in disputes and litigation practice in the region.
The training was organized by Hukumonline, a leading online provider of legal products, information and services in Indonesia.
