Our founders aspired to create a different kind of law firm when they launched Crowell & Moring in 1979. Today, Crowell lawyers are as passionate about the firm and its role in helping clients to advance their ambitions as the firm’s founding partners were 40+ years ago. Drawing on significant government-facing, business, and industry experience, the firm advises clients on complex litigation, regulatory and policy, and corporate and transactional matters. Crowell & Moring partners with clients to capitalize on opportunities, mitigate risk, and deliver value based on their definition.
We are incredibly proud of the fact that we still serve many of the same clients today who have been with us from day one. Our commitment to and investment in our client relationships has guided our strategic growth. We have continued to diversify our practice mix to reflect the dynamic business environment and expanded our footprint in the U.S. and in international markets to support our global client base. In the last two years alone, we have opened offices in Doha, Chicago, Indianapolis, and Denver and joined forces with storied financial law firm Kibbe & Orbe and with Brinks Gilson & Lione, a premier technology-focused IP boutique.
As legal professionals, we have the privilege and opportunity to use our skills to forge change well beyond our firm community, and at Crowell we have a proud and storied history of living that commitment through our pro bono public service efforts.
