Myra S. is a Partner at the ACCRALAW Davao City Branch. She has handled various litigation works and appellate practice, involving diverse issues on corporate rehabilitation, special purpose vehicle, taxation, contracts, ejectment, foreclosures, land-related disputes, government procurement, criminal law, estate settlement, and family law. She has assisted a number of clients on complex issues and transactions involving real estate, mergers and acquisitions, franchises, and agri-related production and/or marketing agreements. She has also assisted various clients on establishment of corporate and other business vehicles, due diligence reviews and corporate business compliance.

Ms. Montecalvo-Quilatan obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ateneo de Davao University in 2003 and was part of the top five of her graduating class. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Ateneo de Davao University, where she graduated cum laude. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, having passed the 1998 CPA Licensure Examinations.
Ms. Montecalvo-Quilatan has contributed several articles to the Amicus Curiae column published in the Business World, one of the country’s leading business newspapers.
Ms. Montecalvo-Quilatan is currently the Legal Counsel and the Chairperson of the Legal Service Committee of the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. and the representative of the Firm’s Davao Branch to the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc. – Mindanao Chapter. She is an active member of the Davao City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
She is also an accredited Mentor for the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry’s Mentor-Micro Enterprises (Mentor-ME) program in partnership with the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship-Go Negosyo.
