The proposed establishment of International Arbitration Centre (IAC) at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City IFSC (GIFT-IFSC) according to Adv. Shreyas Mehrotra, Dispute Resolution Partner of AK & Partners, is envisaged to become the hub of all international disputes especially in Asia if the Government of India makes sufficient pragmatic changes to existing dispute resolution laws to inculcate party autonomy, neutrality, legal certainty and time bound dispute resolution.
