Cui Jiakun
Mr. Cui Jiakun graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2012 with a Bachelor of Laws. He joined JunHe in 2014 and specializes in investment funds and related activities. Mr. Jiakun has been named a recommended lawyer in the area of investment funds by renowned international legal journals such as Legal 500 and IFLR1000. He has assisted clients to raise funds in amounts in excess of RMB 500 billion.
Feng Xinhua
Mr. Troy Feng obtained his Bachelor of Laws at China University of Political Science and Law and his Master of Laws at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He joined JunHe in 2013 and specializes in capital market, corporate，M&A and compliance projects. Many of his cases have been selected as leading cases, such as the “Most Influential VC/PE M&A Cases in China in 2020” by Zero2IPO China and “Outstanding Deals in 2020” by Commercial Law Magazine.
Fu Xiaobin
Mr. Fu Xiaobin graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Procedural Law. He has worked at a primary people’s court in Beijing since 2009 and joined JunHe in 2015. Mr. Fu specializes in dispute resolution, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy reorganization, and has considerable experience in sectors such as real estate, industry, and financial services.
Huang Xin
Ms. Huang Xin obtained a Bachelor of Laws at Shandong University and a Master of Laws at Renmin University of China. She joined JunHe in 2012 where she specializes in Japan-related business, investment and M&A, divestment and liquidation, and corporate compliance. Ms. Xin has extensive experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, automobiles, energy, and telecoms.
Li Duo
Ms. Li Duo obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees at Renmin University of China, and a Master of European and International Business Law at Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne. She joined JunHe in 2013 and has extensive experience in dispute resolution in areas such as equity transfers, corporate control, securities, insurance and financial investments.
Li Shu
Mr. Li Shu obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics at Peking University Law School and his Master of Laws at University of Pennsylvania Law School. He joined JunHe in 2014 and specializes in corporate and M&A, and insurance institution-related business. Mr. Shu has extensive experience in the establishment, M&A, governance and compliance, and risk disposal of insurance institutions and other types of financial institutions.
Li Xuan
Ms. Li earned her Master of Laws at University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics at Peking University. She joined JunHe in 2010 and specializes in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and fund formation. Ms. Li has extensive experience in sectors including TMT, healthcare, new energy and consumer goods.
Liu Bing
Ms. Liu Bing obtained a Master of Laws at Temple University and a Master of Laws at Lund University. She joined JunHe in 2013 and specializes in private equity investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border asset restructuring. She has considerable experience in the areas of new energy, the operation, management and investment of private investment funds, venture capital exit and liquidation, employee stock ownership in the mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, the trading of state-owned assets in domestic and overseas markets and compliance and corporate governance.
Shi Yun
Ms. Shi Yun obtained her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws at the University of Hong Kong. Since joining JunHe in 2014, Ms. Shi has been significantly involved in a number of capital market and M&A deals, including onshore and offshore IPOs and bond issuances.
Xu Haoyue
Ms. Beverly Xu graduated from Renmin University of China with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. She joined JunHe in 2013 after working at the European Court of Human Rights in France. Ms. Xu concentrates her practice in the areas of intellectual property and dispute resolution including trademarks, copyrights, IP licensing and compliance, trade names, unfair competition and domain name issues.
Zou Delong
Mr. Zou Delong graduated from Shan Dong University and Renmin University of China and holds a Post Graduate Degree of Civil and Commercial Law. He joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in dispute resolution and has expertise in domestic and foreign related litigation and arbitration.

Chen Yijia
Ms. Chen Yijia graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. She then earned a Master of Laws at East China University Political Science and Law and University of Wisconsin. Ms. Chen joined JunHe in 2014 and her practice focuses on fund formation, PE/VC investment, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and IPOs, and debt offering. Ms. Chen has been admitted to both the PRC Bar and the New York Bar.
He Tingcai
Mr. He Tingcai graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University and East China University of Political Science and Law, with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws, respectively. He joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in A-share markets and overseas capital markets, M&A and corporate restructuring, and PE/VC investment and financing. Mr. He has extensive experience in industries such as TMT, new energy resources, medical care and advanced manufacturing.
Hu Wei
Mr. Hu received a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. He joined JunHe in December 2013 and has experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment and labor issues, handling layoff projects, workforce restructuring, disputes with senior management and stock option issues.

Mr. Li graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and University of Texas School of Law with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws respectively. He joined JunHe in 2014 and specializes in the areas of corporate and M&A, and has extensive experience in M&A, PE/VC investment and foreign direct investment.
Zhang Chi
Mr. Zhang Chi received his Bachelor of Laws at Shanghai International Studies University and his Master of Laws at Northwestern University. He has been admitted to practice law in the P.R.C. and New York State in the United States. Mr. Zhang joined JunHe’s Shanghai office in 2014 and specializes in financial markets and derivatives businesses, cross-border asset management, financial derivatives, securities investment funds, financial markets compliance and regulatory advisory services.

Ｍs. Chen Yanmei graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Laws in 2004. Before joining JunHe, she was in-house legal counsel at a large state-owned company (listed in the Fortune Global 500). Since joining JunHe, Ms. Chen has specialized in the fields of energy and infrastructure and has vast experience in infrastructure investment including infrastructure concessions, PPP and operation & maintenance. She also has experience in areas such as new energy including wind power, photovoltaic power investment as well as merger projects, corporate equity investments and M & As.

Guo Xi
Mr. Guo Xi graduated from Jinan University and the University of Toronto, with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws, respectively. He joined JunHe in 2011 and specializes in capital market practice. Mr. Guo has extensive experience in domestic A-share IPOs, M&A and the restructuring of listed companies, capital market regulation, and compliance.

Xiahou Yinchu
Mr. Xiahou graduated from Shandong University and East China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of International Law. He has been practicing law in capital market business since 2011 and helped in the listings of dozens of enterprises. Mr. Xiahou has rich experience in domestic and overseas IPOs, M&As, equity investments, as well as drafting prospectuses in the PRC mainland market.

He Xinwei
Ms. He Xinwei obtained a Master of Laws at East China University of Political Science and Law. She joined JunHe in 2017 and currently practices at the Qingdao office. Ms. He specializes in dispute resolution and has extensive experience in litigation involving real estate, equity interests, financial investment and guarantee. In addition, Ms. He is skilled in dealing with administrative litigation cases.

Zhang Yi
Dr. Yi （Johnny） Zhang graduated from Fudan University in 1999, obtaining a Bachelor of Science with a biology major. In 2009, he earned a Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology at Iowa State University and in 2013 Dr. Zhang received a Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center. He joined Jun He in 2013 and focuses his practice on US-China cross border intellectual property matters.
