JunHe warmly welcomes Mr. Pan Junlin, an intellectual property expert, to our Beijing office. Mr. Pan focuses his practice on intellectual property, especially patents, and counsels clients in the telecommunication, electronic, semiconductor, software and medical device industries.
Mr. Pan has valuable expertise and experience after more than ten years of legal practice as in-house counsel and private practice lawyer. With his technology background and litigation strategies, he has been involved in many high-profile and sophisticated patent litigation cases and is experienced in offering high quality solutions in many different types of proceedings and cases. Mr. Pan also advises on non-litigations matters and has extensive experience and practice in the design of corporate IP structures, the development of general IP practice and IP risk prevention.
