Attached you will find our current autumn newsletter summarizing the latest legislative initiatives, relevant issues and news important for the management of employee matters.
The legislator is still building suspense regarding the date of adoption and the final content of the provisions on remote work, the implementation of the so-called work-life balance directive and the directive on transparent and predictable working conditions, or the so-called whistleblowing directive.
Based on press declarations, it seems that the regulations on remote work will be adopted the soonest – probably by the end of this year. Work on the implementation of the so-called whistleblowing directive is also planned to accelerate. On the other hand, the current narrative regarding the provisions implementing the above directives (which, by the way, is variable) indicates that they are to be planned even for the second quarter of next year.
In any case, the beginning of 2023 can be intense from the HR perspective and appropriate preparations should be under way.
