Kalexius is ringing in the new year with the appointment of Nikki Rahimzadeh as Head of Consulting.
Nikki will oversee all law department management, legal operations and legal tech implementation consulting services.
A former practicing attorney and experienced consultant with law firm, government and in-house legal operations background, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the Kalexius team. Her foundation is based on working in-house and as a consultant on strategic planning, financial planning and technology design and implementation for legal teams. She has expertise in the development of outside counsel management programs, building and executing strategic technology roadmaps, and building metrics and analytics programs for legal.
Using a people-centered approach that incorporates change enablement principles, Nikki is a leader in Legal Operations. Her experience includes working with US and ex-US-based global organizations to build and mature Legal Operations functions. She has a depth of experience working in highly-regulated industries, including life sciences, pharmaceutical, insurance and banking.

The Kalexius Consulting Department covers law department management, legal operations, and legal tech implementation consulting services. Kalexius works with in-house teams to identify and address the underlying issues facing their department and proactively manage the legal function. The team partners with major legal tech providers to ensure a smooth implementation journey and maximize adoption down the line. Nikki’s scope is global and she will operate out of the Chicago Kalexius offices, working in collaboration with the other Kalexius offices.
