Mr. Xu focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other corporate matters. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Colby College. Mr. Xu’s promotion represents the continued growth and vitality of Skadden’s China practice and the firm’s dedication to the success of the practice and its clients.
