DivinaLaw Senior Partner Atty. Enrique V. Dela Cruz Jr. shared his insights on “Corporate Disputes Best Practices” at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Manila Conference recently held in Taguig.
The event drew a crowd of 600 attendees made up of legal practitioners, in-house counsels, arbitrators, students, and members of the academe.
Atty. Dela Cruz is the head of DivinaLaw’s arbitration practice group. Under his leadership, the Firm was recognized as Arbitration Law Firm of the Year in the 2022 Asian Legal Business (ALB) Philippine Law Awards. DivinaLaw is an accredited law firm by the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution, an attached agency of the Department of Justice.
SIAC is a not-for-profit international arbitration organization based in Singapore which administers arbitrations under its own rules of arbitration and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
This is the first large-scale in-person event in Manila of SIAC since the pandemic.
