DivinaLaw Associate Atty. Bettina P. Barrion-Bautista recently shared the basic principles and common issues related to copyright and trademark law in a webinar organized by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Western Metro Manila Chapter and held on May 26, 2023.
Atty. Barrion-Bautista also shared recent jurisprudence in copyright and trademark law and answered the questions of participants regarding the protection of copyright and trademark rights and the legal remedies against intellectual property infringement.
