Bird & Bird’s International IP Team were honoured to have been announced winners across nine categories last night at the European MIP Awards ceremony in London.
The team took home the following awards:
- ‘Europe Patent Litigation Team of the Year’
- ‘Impact Case of the Year: Nokia v OnePlus Technology’
- ‘Impact Case of the Year: MTV v Teosto’
- ‘Impact Case of the Year: Michael Learns to Rock v EMI Music’
- ‘Patent Disputes Firm of the Year: France’
- ‘Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year: France’
- ‘Lifetime Achievement: Trevor Cook’
- ‘German Practitioner of the Year: Oliver Jan Jüngst’
- ‘UK Patent Practitioner of the Year: Richard Vary’
The awards recognise the team’s longstanding position at the forefront of IP, as well as the exceptional quality of their work, passion for innovation and cutting-edge approach.
