After many years of corporate and restructuring practice in international and Malaysian firms, Chua See Hua established Chua Associates in 2010 as a specialist corporate and commercial law firm.
In November 2015, Chua Associates welcomed Lynette Yeow as a Partner, with her extensive experience in the areas of corporate, mergers & acquisitions and private equity; as well as Saheran Suhendran as a Consultant, with his wide-ranging expertise in corporate & commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
