International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. Russin & Vecchi (ILCT) is the lead and founding office of ILC Asia L.L.C., an Asia based law firm with offices in Taipei, Taiwan, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam. We remain in close contact with the offices of Russin & Vecchi L.L.P. in other parts of the world. The firm was founded in Thailand in 1966 and has grown to become a full service business firm. We are multi-national in the best sense of the word. The firm’s practice covers a broad range of public and private matters. A substantial number of these matters deal with sophisticated transactional matters.

 

In Thailand, the firm is known as International Legal Counsellors Thailand, Limited. With 7 resident partners and, as of this writing, 16 associates plus 22 trained paralegals, most of whom are multilingual; together with other support staff, we are 70 in number. ILCT has become one of the best-known law offices in Bangkok. We have earned our reputation by consciously practicing in a group format and using personnel of diverse educational backgrounds and nationalities to form teams to deal with each matter by applying maximum diversified expertise. By this method and through our inter-office matrix system, we have developed an internationalist approach and, indeed, the overwhelming majority of our clients has an international connection, whether by their makeup or by the type of transactions in which they are engaged.
