The office also is the headquarters of the firm’s Asia-Pacific international arbitration and litigation practice. We were one of the first Wall Street law firms to establish a Hong Kong law corporate practice and have many years of experience working as an integrated Hong Kong-U.S. team completing some of Hong Kong’s most complex initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
