Equity and Debt Capital Markets, including High-Yield
We represent issuers and underwriters in Rule 144A/Regulation S/ private placement/U.S. registered cross-border equity financings by regional companies based in southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent.
Energy and Infrastructure
We represent developers, sponsors, financial institutions, industrial companies and utilities in a broad range of energy and infrastructure projects, including power, oil and gas, ports, toll roads and high- speed rail, and our work includes the development and financing, as well as the acquisition and divestiture, of such projects.
