His work ranges from the identification and protection of his clients’ intellectual property assets, including the processing and analysis of data, to the commercialisation of their intellectual property assets through partnerships, distributions, collaborations and licensing. He has been engaged by international media and tech companies to represent them on complex licensing and IP acquisition transactions involving parties in different jurisdictions.

He is a member of Withers tech, which comprises a team of highly experienced lawyers with expertise in the investment funds, tax structuring, investments in tech companies, mergers and acquisitions of tech companies or technology assets, and commercialisation of digital assets.

Jonathan is a member of the Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (SDRP) panel, an Exco member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) – Singapore Chapter, and an Exco member of the Cloud & Data Chapter of SGTech, the premier trade association of the tech industry in Singapore.
