Mr. Tsai earned his LLB and LLM from National Taiwan University, which is the nation’s top university and the most widely-known College of Law in Taiwan.  He passed the Bar examination during the time when he was earning the LLM degree.

Mr. Tsai extensively majored in civil and commercial law, which included family law, civil procedure law, corporate law, note law, insurance law and maritime law.

Following graduation, he worked at the CSP law firm, where he gained experience dealing with various types of legal cases, including civil cases, criminal cases and administrative cases and he provided services and advice to clients.

After leaving the CSP law firm, Mr. Tsai joined Deep & Far Attorneys-at-Law.  Although this firm has built its reputation as experts in the IP field, it is nevertheless still active in handling other legal affairs.  He was encouraged to expand the legal departments of the firm with the goal of helping Deep & Far become a more comprehensive law firm.
