PRACTICE

 

Marhaini advises clients on acquisitions and takeovers, securities laws, capital markets including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), foreign investments, joint ventures, due diligence and general corporate and commercial matters. She also handles a variety of corporate and commercial transaction and her scope of practice covers cross border transactions where clients include multinationals and companies in a wide array of sectors including ports, power sector, consumer goods, oil and gas.
