PRACTICE

 

Sathya has broad experience in conventional and Islamic banking litigation, insolvency related issues and a wide range of corporate and commercial matters such as contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional liability, asset and debt recovery, tenancy, fraud and asset tracing, and land disputes. She is regularly engaged to represent banks, financial institutions, accounting firms, corporations and companies at the subordinate courts, high courts and appellate courts.
