Mr. Vincent Lin is a partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm.  Vincent specializes in dispute resolution, intellectual property law, construction law, corporate law and securities law.  Vincent has more than ten years of experience representing multi-national companies in dispute resolution on various legal matters.

 

Vincent has represented various multi-national corporations on cases involving patent rights abuse, patent infringement, fair trade and antitrust issues.  Vincent has also successfully assisted a state-owned business on arbitration and litigation against its contractors for construction defect.

 

As an experienced litigator, Vincent has participated in numerous cross-border transactions by assisting in legal due diligence review and analysis of potential and threatened litigations and disputes faced by the target companies.

 

Vincent is also an expert on securities law, having focused his masters and Ph.D. study on securities regulations.  He has previously represented directors of publicly traded companies in civil and criminal litigations involving insider trading, embezzlement, securities fraud and futures fraud.
