Since joining Angela Wang & Co, Ivan has played a key role in expanding the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution capabilities, focusing on complex cross-border commercial litigation, international arbitration, asset preservation, and enforcement of judgement matters for corporate and high-net-worth clients, including major financial institutions and Mainland Chinese entities.

- Cross-Border Enforcement: Representing a major PRC bank in enforcing a HK$150 million Mainland judgment in Hong Kong, successfully defending against an application to discharge a charging order absolute.
- Intellectual Property Litigation: Representing a Hong Kong-listed company in a High Court trademark infringement dispute initiated by a UK-listed multinational corporation.
- Property & Real Estate Disputes: Defending client possessory interests in contested mortgaged property recovery proceedings.
Ivan qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance (First Class Honours) from Hong Kong Shue Yan University, a Juris Doctor (JD) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Financial & Commercial Law from King’s College London.
