The panel, ‘AI Unleashed: Will ILS Rise to Join the Technological Revolution’ will explore the latest advancements in AI and how it is being harnessed in the venture capital and insurtech space.
Duncan has over 30 years of international experience providing legal services to a broad range of complex commercial transactions in Canada, Bermuda and across the Caribbean. His practice includes all IT contracts, fintech, insurtech, privacy and data protection, outsourcing transactions, telecommunications, infrastructure and project management, and corporate governance, especially in cyber security and ESG.
