“Bird & Bird’s recognition at the MIP awards is a terrific achievement. Our track record in patent litigation both before the UPC and beyond is particularly impressive in such a competitive practice area. It also speaks volumes about the adaptability and collegiality of our IP team across our global network in our ability to successfully navigate the complexities of multi-jurisdictional patent litigation, particularly in important forums like the UPC. Equally impressive is the sheer volume of recognition across all disciplines of IP and it showcases the immense talent we have in each of our countries.
To stand out as a clear leader in the IP field is a proud moment for us.”
Bird & Bird’s international group has been successful at every ceremony since the inception of these awards.
