The 41-story Flatiron, a mixed-use development in Phnom Penh city center, is owned and operated by property developer Meridian International Holding. The Grade-A office tower, which was inspired by the iconic Flatiron Building in New York, was completed in 2021 and features modern facilities that meet today’s standards for indoor environmental conditions, technology, and safety.
The new office is on the 15th floor of the building and provides our growing Cambodia team with additional space, updated amenities, and room for future growth. The building offers convenient access to central Phnom Penh and is 20 minutes by car from Phnom Penh International Airport.
This move to new office facilities in Phnom Penh is another important milestone in our commitment to being the premier law firm for doing business in Cambodia and throughout Southeast Asia.
